Founder and philosophy
Consistent major injuries sidelined me from the sports I loved growing up. For 10 years running I spent half the year injured with injuries to my knees, groin, calf, lower back, hamstring, ACL and more.
So I researched tirelessly, hired the best coaches I could find, and experimented with my own methods. I healed myself and then began testing and refining my methods with the athletes I trained.
HFP was created to help athletes avoid the preventable suffering and missed opportunities I experienced, and allow them to reach their full potential…

All of your physical, mental, and lifestyle assessment is done online in a combination of questionnaires and video calls.
